ONE Group East
Set up by Dale Cracknell and Jonathon Bensley Byham, both local to Hadleigh with 35 combined years in the their respective industries
"Our service is to provide a seamless approach to our clients in designing and extending their homes".
The basis of our company is to eliminate the need for multiple elements in the home extension process, to simplify the whole proceedure.
In joining a Builder and an Architecture practice as a complete comprehensive service seemed a natural step in the right direction.
ONE Group East incorporates Architecture ONE established 2015, and Construction ONE established 2021.
ONE Group East is based in the market town of Hadleigh, Suffolk, where a great many of are projects are now based, though our company covers Suffolk region, with builds from Bury St Edmunds to East Bergholt.

Architecture ONE is a Medium Practice, Our work covers all elements from inception to completion in a variety of sectors, and although not exclusively, we specialise in Planning and Building Control for Residential Buildings, outline planning for new Buildings and Change of use for Commercial Buildings.
We handle every aspect of Design and Planning permission from initial sketches, to appointing engineers, providing highly experienced Builders that we have forged strong working relationships with.

Construction ONE
Construction ONE is a Building contracting company, carrying out house extensions and conversions, we are currently developing a specialist element for Concreting and Structural Steel work.
In addition to this we provide Construction ONE approved subcontractor services for bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, painting decoration, landscaping, fencing, Patio installation.
